Starter plan: 10,000 words/month with 500 words per request. Pro plan: 100,000 words/month with 1,000 words per request. Unlimited plan: No monthly limits with 3,000 words per request. All plans reset monthly.

How effective is Lumi against AI detectors?

Lumi can help reduce obvious AI-like patterns, but detector results vary by content type, tool version, and how heavily the text depends on generic phrasing. The best workflow is to review the draft manually and use detector results as one editing signal, not a final verdict.

What languages does Lumi support?

Lumi supports 40+ languages including English, Spanish, French, German, Portuguese, Italian, Dutch, Chinese, Japanese, and more. Quality is highest for English content, with varying effectiveness for other languages based on complexity.

How do writing styles and personalization work?

What file formats can I upload?

Currently, we support plain text (.txt) and Microsoft Word (.docx) files up to 10MB. PDF support is coming soon. You can also paste text directly into the editor for immediate processing.

Can I cancel my subscription anytime?

Yes, you can cancel anytime from your account settings with no cancellation fees. You'll retain access until your current billing period ends. Unused words don't carry over to the next month.

How do subscription upgrades work?

Upgrades take effect immediately with prorated pricing. You pay the difference based on remaining time in your billing cycle.

What about subscription downgrades?

Downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing period. You keep full access to your current plan until then, with no partial refunds. This includes changes from yearly to monthly billing — the new cycle starts after your current period expires.
